We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Information you give us. When you submit the application form on the Website, we collect:
- your first name and last name;
- your phone number;
- whether you hold a UAE driving licence and its issue date; and
- any information you choose to include in your message.
If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you share in that communication, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the Website working. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking tools on the Website.
3. How we use your personal data
- to review your application and contact you about it;
- to respond to your enquiries and messages;
- to operate, secure and maintain the Website; and
- to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Form submissions are stored in the Website’s database and sent to us by email. The Website contains links to WhatsApp and to our social media profiles (Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok). These links only open the relevant service when you click them. Once you leave the Website, the privacy policy of that service applies, and we are not responsible for its practices.

The Website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may use limited technical storage in your browser that is strictly necessary for the Website to work properly, for example to check how your browser displays certain characters or to remember your use of the WhatsApp chat button.
